Ephesians 3:20 – “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us.”
This verse lifts our eyes beyond our limitations and fixes them on the limitless power of God. Paul reminds us that God is not constrained by our understanding, our resources, or our past experiences. He is able to do far more than we can ask, plan, or even imagine. What is most striking is that this power is not distant. It is at work within us.
God is actively working in your heart and in your life, even when you cannot see it. He is shaping your character, aligning your steps, and preparing you for what is ahead. His purposes for you are intentional and good. Nothing about your life is accidental when it is placed in His hands.
Often, we limit God by the size of our prayers or the scope of our expectations. This Scripture challenges us to expand our faith. God can go beyond your boldest prayers and surpass your greatest hopes. He can open doors you never knew existed and bring outcomes that leave no doubt that He alone has acted.
The power of God at work within you is the same power that raised Christ from the dead. It strengthens you to endure, empowers you to obey, and enables you to walk confidently into the future He has prepared. When you trust Him, you allow that power to work freely, bringing His plans to completion.
As you begin this day, choose to believe that God is able. Do not measure your future by your present circumstances. Measure it by the greatness of the God who is at work within you.
Prayer
Lord, it is amazing to know that You are at work in my life, bringing Your plans to pass. I trust in Your unlimited power to do miracles and wonders, things that will leave me in awe. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.
