Verse: Philippians 3:16
“We must hold on to the progress we have already made.”
Life is a journey, and the walk of faith is not always smooth or easy. There are seasons of growth, moments of victory, and sometimes, times of weariness and doubt. But God calls us not to shrink back, not to become discouraged, and not to give up. Instead, He invites us to hold on, to remember how far we’ve come and to keep pressing forward.
You may not be where you want to be yet, but you are not where you used to be. That’s something to celebrate. Every step you’ve taken in obedience, every time you’ve chosen to trust instead of fear, and every moment you’ve held on to God in the dark, it all matters.
The enemy will try to convince you that your progress is too small or too slow. But God’s voice says, “Keep going, My child. I see your effort. I am proud of you. Don’t lose heart.” God is not finished with you. What He started in your life, He will bring to completion. So do not be discouraged by what you haven’t yet achieved. Instead, rejoice in the strength He’s given you to persevere.
Look back with gratitude, look around with hope, and look forward with confidence. There is more in store. Let us continue to walk forward in faith, knowing that God walks with us every step of the way.
PRAYER:
Lord, thank You for how far You’ve brought me. Even when I’ve stumbled, You’ve lifted me. Even when I’ve been tired, You’ve carried me. Help me to keep going, to keep growing, and to stay encouraged, knowing that You are leading me into greater things. I will not be discouraged, for You are my strength. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Good morning to you all. Have an awesome Tuesday filled with hope and strength to keep moving forward.
