“And who knows but that you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” – Esther 4:14b

There are moments in life when we question our place, our purpose, and our timing. We wonder why certain doors are still closed, why prayers seem delayed, or why we are where we are. But in those very moments, God whispers: “You are exactly where you need to be—right on time.”

Esther’s story reminds us that nothing is accidental in God’s plan. Though she was an orphan, raised in a foreign land, her journey led her to a royal throne—not just for her comfort, but for her calling. At a critical moment, when her people were under threat, her uncle Mordecai’s words pierced through her fear:

“Who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

That one sentence awakened her destiny. Perhaps you, too, are standing at a crossroad. You’ve questioned why you’re in this position, this place, or this season. But God, in His sovereignty, has orchestrated everything to bring you to this moment. Your waiting has not been wasted. Your delays are not denials. Your path may not be predictable—but it is purposed.

  • You were born for such a time as this.
  • You are in this family, this city, this job, this community, this ministry—not by chance, but by divine design.
  • The battles you’ve survived and the prayers you’ve prayed have positioned you for what’s ahead.
  • Don’t rush His timing. Trust His process.

God’s timing is never too early and never too late—it is always perfect.

PRAYER:

Lord, thank You that You hold time in Your hands. Thank You for placing me exactly where You need me, even when I don’t fully understand it. Help me to trust You in the waiting, to believe that You are aligning everything according to Your perfect will. May I walk boldly into the purpose You have prepared for me—knowing that You are never late, and that I am here for such a time as this. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Good morning to you all. Have a blessed Wednesday. May you find peace and confidence in knowing that God’s timing is perfect and that you are here for a divine reason.
