“As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him.” – Psalm 103:13
There is something profoundly comforting in knowing that God sees you—not just your actions, but your heart, your struggles, your pain, and even your silent tears.
- Just as a loving father is moved when his child is hurting or in need, your Heavenly Father is moved with compassion toward you.
- He doesn’t scold you in your weakness—He reaches out to comfort and restore you.
- In a world that can feel harsh, cold, and uncaring, God surrounds you with mercy that doesn’t run out and kindness that never fails.
When we revere and honour the Lord—when we make Him first in our lives—He draws close, not with judgment, but with grace. He is not distant or indifferent. His love is personal, parental, and powerful.
Let Him be your first love. Let Him be the safe place you run to. He longs to hold you with the same compassion that a loving father has for his precious child. No matter what you’re facing, His heart beats with mercy for you.
PRAYER:
Lord, thank You for being my loving and compassionate Father. I am humbled by how tenderly You care for me, especially when I feel weak, lost, or unworthy. Your mercy lifts me, restores me, and gives me hope. Help me to live in reverence of You and to rest in the comfort of Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
️ Good morning to you all. Have a wonderful Wednesday. May you feel wrapped in the compassion of your Heavenly Father today.
