“Don’t be afraid. Just stand still and watch the LORD rescue you today.” – Exodus 14:13
There are moments in life when the pressure is intense, and fear whispers that you’re surrounded and out of options.
You may not see a way out, but God never brings you this far to abandon you.
When the Red Sea was before the Israelites and Pharaoh’s army behind them, the Lord simply said: “Stand still.”
• It wasn’t a call to inaction, but to confident trust.
• Sometimes the greatest act of faith is to stop striving and simply believe.
• Fear wants you to panic — but faith whispers: “Stand your ground. God is working.”
• When you stand in stillness, God stands in power.
So today, silence the voices of fear. Rest in the assurance that your God is your Rescuer, and He is never late. The battle is not yours — it belongs to the Lord.
PRAYER:
Lord, I choose to silence the noise of fear and lift my eyes to You. Even when everything around me feels uncertain, I will trust that You are working behind the scenes for my good. Teach me to stand still in faith and to watch with expectation as You bring deliverance into my life. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Good morning to you all. May your Tuesday be filled with peace as you trust in the One who never fails.
Excerpt for Reflection:
The stillness of faith is louder than the noise of fear — stand your ground, and watch God move on your behalf.
