Theme: God Gives Good Gifts to Those Who Ask Him

Verse:

”…how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask Him!” – Matthew 7:11

The Heart of a Giving Father

This verse is a beautiful reminder of the heart of God as our loving Heavenly Father. It speaks to His abundant love for us, a love that desires to bless us with good gifts. And not just any gifts, but perfect gifts—gifts that are suited to us, carefully chosen, and full of purpose.

God is not a distant, uncaring Father. He is near, He knows us intimately, and He delights in giving us good things.

Everything good in your life is a gift from Him. Whether big or small, God is constantly at work, giving us what we need, what we desire, and even what we don’t know to ask for.

God Knows What You Need

In a world that often seems uncertain, it’s easy to feel like we are all alone or that our needs go unnoticed. But Jesus assures us that God knows our hearts and understands our needs—even before we ask. What an incredible truth to hold on to!

Your Heavenly Father is not out of touch. He sees you, He hears you, and He knows you completely.

The gifts God has for you are designed with your life, your purpose, and your future in mind.

How Much More Does He Have in Store for You?

This is the amazing part: not only does God give, but He gives abundantly. Jesus says, “How much more!” It’s not just about the gifts He has already given, but the ones still waiting for you—gifts of provision, peace, joy, healing, and guidance. His heart is overflowing with love for you, and He desires to bless you even more.

Don’t be afraid to ask, for God is generous beyond measure.

Step out in faith and ask with confidence, knowing that your Father will not withhold any good thing from you.

God’s gifts are good and perfect, meaning they are exactly what you need at the right time.

Trust in His Timing

There may be times when things don’t seem to be going the way we expect, and in those moments, it’s easy to doubt. But we must remember, God’s timing is always perfect. What may seem delayed to us is actually part of God’s perfect plan.

When you feel uncertain, trust that He is working on your behalf.

The gifts He gives are not just what you want but what will truly bring you life and purpose.

PRAYER:

Lord, thank You that You are my loving Heavenly Father, who gives good gifts to those who ask You. I trust You with all my heart and believe that You know exactly what I need, even before I ask. I will not let doubt or fear keep me from coming to You. When things seem unclear, I will choose to trust that You are working everything out for my good. Help me to wait patiently and to have faith that Your gifts will come in Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

Encouragement for Today:

God’s heart is filled with love for you, and He is eager to bless you.

Ask confidently and trust that His gifts for you are good and perfect.

Good morning! May your Wednesday be filled with His love and abundant blessings.
