Ezekiel 37:5 – “I will cause breath to enter you, and you shall live.”

In Ezekiel’s vision of the valley of dry bones, the prophet stood in a place that looked completely hopeless. All around him were bones that had been dry for a very long time. There was no movement, no life, and no sign that anything could ever change. Yet in the middle of that valley, God spoke a powerful promise. He said that He would cause breath to enter those bones, and they would live.

This reminds us that the Lord is the source of real life and abundant living. What appears lifeless to us is never beyond His reach. Situations that seem barren, broken, or completely finished are not the end when God is involved. He is the God who restores what has been damaged and renews what has been lost.

There are times in our lives when we may feel like something inside us has dried up. Perhaps hope has faded, strength has weakened, or dreams have been delayed. Sometimes disappointment, hardship, or loss can leave us feeling empty and exhausted. Yet the promise of God still stands. He can breathe new life into the places that feel dead.

When the breath of God enters a situation, everything changes. Where there was weakness, He brings fresh strength. Where there was despair, He brings new hope. Where there was emptiness, He fills our lives with purpose again. His restoring power does not simply repair what is broken. He revives it and gives it new life.

Today the Lord invites you to trust Him with every damaged place in your life. Do not hold back the areas that seem too far gone. Bring them before Him and allow His Spirit to move in your life. The same God who brought life to a valley of dry bones is able to restore your strength, renew your spirit, and lead you into the fullness of life that He has prepared for you.

PRAYER:

Lord, I invite You to come and breathe life into me and to make all things new. Restore that which is dead and damaged. May I know what it means to live, because you live in me. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Good morning to you all. Have a blessed Saturday.
