Isaiah 46:4b – “I have made you, and I will carry you; I will sustain you and deliver you.”

There is deep comfort in knowing that our lives are not sustained by our own strength, wisdom, or endurance. God Himself speaks these words as a promise to His people. The One who formed you, who carefully put every part of your life together, also commits Himself to carry you through every season you face.

There are moments when life feels heavy, when the road is long and your strength feels small. In those moments, God does not demand that you walk alone. Like a Good Shepherd, He lifts His sheep when they are weary, wounded, or unable to continue. He does not abandon you to struggle on your own. He draws near, carries the weight you cannot bear, and gently moves you forward.

God knows exactly what you need, when you need it, and how to provide it. His care is personal and intentional. He sustains you not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually. When you feel uncertain, He steadies you. When you feel overwhelmed, He supports you. When you feel trapped, He becomes your deliverer.

This promise invites you to rest. Not a passive rest, but a trusting rest. Depend on Him fully. Rely on His faithfulness. Allow Him to do what only He can do. You were never meant to carry life on your own. The same God who made you is committed to carrying you all the way through.

Prayer

Lord, how awesome it is to know that You put me together in my mother’s womb. You know every aspect of my life, and You faithfully undertake to carry, sustain, and deliver me. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Good morning to you all. Have a blessed Friday.
