Exodus 14:21 – “Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night, the LORD drove back the sea with a strong east wind that turned it into dry land. So the waters were divided.”

This moment at the Red Sea reminds us that God is never absent, even when progress feels slow or invisible. The people of Israel stood facing an impossible situation. Behind them was danger and before them was a sea that seemed to block every future. Yet God was already at work, moving quietly through the night, preparing a way they could not yet see.

Often, God does His deepest work in what feels like our night seasons. When prayers seem unanswered and circumstances remain unchanged, it does not mean God is inactive. He is working beyond our sight, aligning His power with His purpose. The same God who divided the sea is still moving today, still working on behalf of His people, still creating paths where none appear to exist.

Faith sometimes requires us to stretch out our hand before we see results. It is an act of trust to believe that God can move even when the waters remain in place for a while. When you place your situation in His hands, you are declaring that He is greater than the obstacle before you. No difficulty is too deep, no barrier too wide for His power.

Be encouraged today. Your story is not finished. God is working in ways you cannot yet measure, and at the appointed time, what stood in your way will become the very path that carries you forward.

Prayer

Lord, today I place my situation and challenges under Your almighty hand. I trust You even when I cannot see immediate change. Work in my night season and make a way where there seems to be no way. I believe that You are still at work in my life. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Good morning to you all. Have a blessed Tuesday.
