John 20:27 – Then He said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see My hands. Reach out your hand and put it into My side. Stop doubting and believe.”
There are moments in our walk with God when doubt quietly enters our hearts. It often comes during seasons of waiting, disappointment, or unanswered questions. Like Thomas, we may love the Lord sincerely, yet struggle to fully believe when circumstances challenge our faith. Doubt has the power to weaken our hope and drain our strength if we allow it to remain.
Jesus did not reject Thomas because of his doubt. Instead, He met him with patience, compassion, and truth. The Lord understands our weaknesses and invites us to come closer, not to pull away. He calls us to move beyond doubt and step into belief. When we choose to believe, our hearts are strengthened and our vision becomes clear.
Believing in God’s ability allows us to move forward with confidence. Faith reminds us that God is able to do what seems impossible, that His love is constant, and that His care for us never fails. When fear and doubt try to take hold, we are invited to trust in His promises and rest in His faithfulness.
Let your faith grow as you spend time in His presence. Choose to focus on who God is rather than what you fear. As you believe, hope is restored, strength is renewed, and peace fills your heart. The Lord is faithful, and He will never fail those who place their trust in Him.
PRAYER:
Lord, forgive me for any unbelief that has crept into my heart. I choose to believe in You and in Your great faithfulness and love towards me. You are my faithful God. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Good morning to you all. Have a blessed Thursday.
