“I will send an angel before you and drive out the Canaanites, Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Hivites, and Jebusites.” – Exodus 33:2
There are moments in life when the path ahead feels intimidating and the challenges seem too great to face. The Israelites knew this feeling well. They were stepping into a land filled with nations stronger and more established than they were. Yet God gave them a promise that would sustain them. He assured them that they would not walk ahead alone. His angel would go before them, clearing the path and confronting every enemy that stood in the way.
This same God speaks to you today. He goes before you in ways you cannot see. He is already standing in the places you fear. He is already addressing the barriers that have tried to stop you. Those obstacles you cannot move by yourself, He is removing. Those battles you cannot fight alone, He is fighting for you. His presence is not behind you, pushing you into uncertainty, but ahead of you, preparing the ground and securing the victory.
When you face situations that overwhelm you, remember that the Almighty has dispatched His help before you arrive. He is making a way in closed places. He is softening hearts, opening doors, and dismantling strongholds. Nothing is too great for His power and nothing can resist His will. Because He goes before you, you can move forward with confidence. You can step into your assignment, your purpose, and your season with faith, knowing that every step has already been touched by His hand.
Hold onto this encouraging truth: you are not walking into the unknown. You are walking into a place God has already prepared for your breakthrough, your growth, and your testimony.
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that You go before me. Thank You for sending Your help ahead of my steps and for removing the things that stand against Your purpose for my life. I trust that You are preparing the way and that no obstacle or enemy can withstand Your power. Help me to walk forward with confidence and faith. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
Good morning to you all. Have a blessed Saturday.
