The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. – Psalm 46:7
There are moments in life when we feel exposed, vulnerable, and afraid. The winds of uncertainty may howl, and the storms of life may shake the very foundations we stand on. Yet in the midst of it all, there is one unchanging truth: the Lord Almighty is with us. His presence is our greatest assurance, and His power is our unshakable defense.
God is not distant from your pain or unaware of your fears. He is present, close, and deeply involved in every detail of your life. When you feel surrounded by challenges, remember that He surrounds you with His love and protection. He is your fortress, a place of safety that cannot be breached.
The same God who defended Jacob, who turned his weakness into strength and his struggle into blessing, is the same God who watches over you today. His presence is a fortress around your heart, your family, and your future. No weapon formed against you can prevail because your refuge is not in human strength but in the Almighty Himself.
You can run to Him when life feels overwhelming. You can rest in Him when fear whispers that you are alone. He invites you to take shelter in His presence, where His peace calms every storm and His strength carries you through every battle.
Today, let this truth settle deeply in your heart: you are not alone. The Lord Almighty is with you, and He will never abandon you.
PRAYER:
Lord, how wonderful it is to know that You are my refuge and strength. My life and my future are secure because You are with me, and You are strong enough to save and deliver me. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
