“He looked at them and said, ‘With man, this is impossible, but with God, all things are possible.’” – Matthew 19:26
Life often confronts us with situations that feel overwhelming and impossible to overcome. We face challenges that seem bigger than our strength, doors that appear permanently shut, and mountains that feel immovable. From a human perspective, these things truly are impossible. But we serve a God who is not bound by human limitations.
The God who spoke the universe into existence is the same God who is working in your life today. He is greater than the sickness that threatens your health, greater than the financial burden that weighs you down, greater than the fear that tries to paralyze you, and greater than any obstacle standing in your way.
When we look through our own eyes, we often see impossibilities. But when we look through the eyes of faith, we begin to see possibilities. Nothing and no one can stop God’s purposes in your life. He specializes in turning impossibilities into testimonies. He is able to open the sea before you, provide water in the desert, and raise what looks completely dead back to life.
So do not allow discouragement to settle in your heart. Stand firm in your faith and place your trust in the One who can do exceedingly, abundantly above all you could ask or imagine. Hold onto Him and expect Him to move in ways you could never achieve in your own strength.
PRAYER:
Lord, today I ask that You will look at me and remind me of the fact that nothing is too difficult for You. Fill me with the assurance that You are working even in the things that look impossible. May my faith rise, and may my heart be anchored in the truth that all things are possible with You. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
