“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” – John 10:27

The picture of God as our Good Shepherd is one of the most tender and reassuring truths in Scripture. A shepherd does not abandon his flock. He protects, provides, and guides them. He knows when they are weary, when they are hungry, and when they are lost. In the same way, God knows every detail about your life. He knows the battles you fight in silence and the desires you carry deep in your heart.

To follow the Good Shepherd means to trust His leading even when the path is uncertain. Sheep may not always understand the way, but they trust the shepherd because His voice is familiar and safe. So it is with us. When we learn to recognize the voice of God above the noise of fear, doubt, and distraction, we will find peace and direction for our lives.

The Shepherd does not only know you by name; He knows your struggles, your tears, and your joys. His love is not distant but personal. You are not just one in a crowd; you are His beloved child. He calls you His own, and He walks with you every step of the way.

If you are feeling lost or overwhelmed today, lean into the care of your Good Shepherd. Let His voice quiet your fears and bring calm to your heart. Follow Him, for He will never lead you into harm but into life, restoration, and blessing.

PRAYER:

Lord, thank You that You are my Good Shepherd who watches over me with unfailing love. You know my needs before I speak them, and You see the road ahead that I cannot see. I choose to trust You, to listen for Your voice, and to follow You all the days of my life. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Good morning to you all. Have an awesome Wednesday.
