Then Jesus said, ‘Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?’ – John 11:40

Life will always bring us moments that test the very core of our faith, moments when things seem delayed, denied, or completely dead. Mary and Martha experienced this when their brother Lazarus died, and Jesus arrived after it seemed all hope was lost. But Jesus wasn’t late. He was positioning the moment to reveal His glory.

There are times when, like them, we ask, “Lord, where were You?” or “Why didn’t You come sooner?” But in those moments, God invites us not just to wait, but to believe.

Jesus didn’t say, “If you feel strong…” or “If everything makes sense…” ,  He simply said:

“If you believe, you will see the glory of God.”

  • Belief opens the door to the miraculous.
  • Belief shifts our eyes from the grave to the possibility of resurrection.
  • Belief allows us to experience God’s hand in ways that are beyond our imagination.

Your current situation may look hopeless. You may feel like the stone has already been rolled into the tomb. But if you will just believe, even when you don’t understand, you are standing on the edge of God revealing His glory in your life.

Don’t let fear, doubt, or delay steal your confidence in God. Trust that the One who spoke life into Lazarus’s tomb can speak life into your situation too. He is never late. He is always on time. And when He arrives, His glory is undeniable.

PRAYER:

Lord, I choose to believe, even when it’s hard, even when it hurts, and even when it looks like nothing is happening. You are the Resurrection and the Life, and I believe that I will see Your glory, not just someday, but even now in my present situation. Strengthen my faith, Lord, and let Your power be revealed in my life. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Good morning to you all. Have a wonderful Wednesday. May your eyes be opened today to see the glory of God at work in every area of your life—even in the places that once felt hopeless.
