“I will be glad and rejoice in Your unfailing love, for You have seen my troubles, and You care about the anguish of my soul.” – Psalm 31:7

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are days when we carry burdens so heavy that it feels like no one sees, no one understands, and no one truly cares. But the Word of God breaks through the noise and reminds us of a profound and comforting truth: God sees. God knows. And God cares.

This verse reminds us that God is not distant or indifferent to our pain. He is not a silent observer of your suffering. He is the God who sees your troubles, the heartbreaks you don’t talk about, the silent tears you cry in the dark, the disappointments that leave you questioning your worth.

And not only does He see, but He cares deeply about the anguish of your soul. That internal pain no one else understands, God does. He feels it with you. He walks with you through it. And most of all, He loves you with an unfailing love, a love that doesn’t waver with your emotions or disappear in your darkest moments.

Instead of sinking into sadness and fear, the psalmist invites us to make a radical choice: “I will be glad and rejoice in Your unfailing love.” In the face of hardship, choose joy. Not because everything is perfect, but because His love never fails.

So, today, fix your eyes not on the problem, but on the One who sees you in it. Let His love lift you. Let His compassion calm you. And let His presence give you the strength to keep going.

PRAYER:

Lord, what a comfort it is to know that You see me, You understand me, and You care deeply for me. In the middle of life’s storms, help me to remember that I am not alone. Fill my heart with Your joy and peace. I choose to rejoice in Your unfailing love, knowing that You are holding me even when life feels out of control. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Good morning to you all. Have a blessed Monday. May your heart be strengthened by the truth that God sees you, knows you, loves you, and will never let you go.
