The Privilege of Being Led by God
One of the greatest blessings of being a child of God is that we do not have to navigate life on our own. We have a Heavenly Father who loves us, cares for us, and desires to lead us in the best direction. His Spirit is always present, guiding us in every step we take, if only we will listen and follow His leading.
•When we feel lost or uncertain, He whispers the way forward.
•When we face decisions, big or small, He is there to provide wisdom.
• When the path ahead seems unclear, His Spirit shines a light on the next step.
A Relationship That Brings Guidance
The more we walk closely with God, the more sensitive we become to His leading. Being led by His Spirit is not about force or pressure; it is about trust and surrender.
•Just as a loving father holds his child’s hand to keep them safe, God holds our hand and directs our path.
•Just as a shepherd leads his sheep to green pastures, God leads us to places of peace and purpose.
• Just as the wind moves the sails of a boat, the Spirit of God moves in our lives, taking us where we need to be.
Let God Lead Every Step
Sometimes, we try to figure things out on our own, relying on logic, emotions, or human advice. But the truth is, God’s wisdom is greater than ours. When we invite Him to lead us, we step into the divine plan that He has prepared for us.
A Call to Surrender
Are you at a crossroads today? Do you need clarity in a certain area of your life? Ask the Lord to lead you. He will not only show you the way but will also walk with you every step of the journey.
PRAYER:
Lord, thank You that I am Your child. I surrender my plans, my decisions, and my desires into Your hands. Lead me by Your Spirit and direct my steps. When I am uncertain, give me clarity. When I hesitate, give me confidence. I trust that You will guide me into Your perfect will. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
